History - Experience Lou is from South Carolina and graduated from the University of Montana. His first job out of college was as a salesman for Milliken Carpets in Denver, CO. He then started commercial flooring companies in Denver and Kansas City and eventually sold them to Shaw Inc. who asked him to move to Seattle. He started Legacy Group with John and Bert in 1999. Lou has four grown sons.

History - Experience Bert is a graduate from Montana State University. His first job out of college was as a salesman for Smith Kline Beechman in Denver, CO. He later worked as a sales manager for a computer furniture manufacturer until starting his own business in 1996. Bert started Legacy Group with Lou and John in 1999. He is currently taking evening courses towards his MSA in accounting. Bert has three daughters, two sons, and one granddaughter.
John Finch
The perfect day: Working outside with my family in the yard then topping it off with cocktails and relaxing.
