| Dear Lou: Thank you for your assistance during our recent Project in Seattle. Your staff and field personnel were professional and courteous. They worked to achieve our goals and finished within our schedule. My main goal was to reduce the impact to the Shaw office staff, and that result was accomplished. The multifaceted nature of your company including supplying the furniture, providing and installing the carpet, and relocation was a good for for this project.
