Our company, Lynx Medical Systems, has recently completed a fairly extensive Tenant Improvement project which included replacing 90% of the carpet in our 18,000 square foot office. As you can imagine, replacing carpet in an occupied space presents many complicated issues. The project included the replacement of carpet throughout the main part of our suite with little or no interruption to the workflow process and also to replace carpet in our main reception area and boardroom that would have to match older carpet that was not being replaced. Our goal was to find a company who could provide some rather innovative solutions to these issues, manage the project around our schedules and of course be competitive in price.
We met with Chuck Begg of Legacy Group who was able to provide some very impressive solutions and exhibited total confidence in being able to produce the results we were looking for. It is one thing to be able to sell a job but actually accomplishing all aspects through to the end can be quite another, especially considering our rather severe constraints. Legacy was able to accomplish tis and Chuck managed our project from beginning to end, finding solutions to some additional problems that could have potentially been costly and time consuming.
